The cost to relevel your mobile home depends on the size of your home. A single wide relevel costs $350. A double wide relevel costs $450. A triple wide relevel costs $480. Additionally, if the mobile home releveler finds rotten base pads, cracked blocks, or missing blocksetting under your home additional costs will accrue.

A mobile home should be releveled 90 days and, again, one year after installation. After those initial relevels, a mobile home should be releveled every 2 to 3 years.
